2 Hour Minimum Booking Required

Booking Policies

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book any session.
  • Sessions are NOT booked until deposit is sent and screenshot of deposit is sent through DM.
  • Photo ID required if booking with NO Engineer.
  • We require a 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule or it will result in loss of deposit.
  • Payments are due at beginning of session.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • We require a 24-hour notice to reschedule/cancel.
  • If you plan to reschedule or cancel and your session starts in LESS than 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

Tardiness Policy

  • Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session WILL be shortened to accommodate others whose sessions follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your engineer will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session.
  • Regardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible for paying for the ENTIRE session.
  • Out of respect and consideration to your engineer and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

During Your Session

  • Your engineer will always provide an MP3 and a WAV file of your music during your session.
  • If you would like your raw session files (WAV Stems or Pro Tools session) as well, make sure to let the engineer know, as this is not mandatory. Also, please bring a hard drive on the day of your session so the engineer can provide it for you within your SCHEDULED time. If you do not have a hard drive, the engineer can send your files via WeTransfer (all files MUST be downloaded within 7 days or your files will expire) OR upload all your files to a flash drive for you to take with you (flash drives -$15).

After Your Session
